AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy has handed over AP Secretariat, Assembly and HoD buildings in Hyderabad to Telangana government within a week of becoming CM.
Now it’s the turn of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao to reciprocate.
KCR is planning to withdraw all the cases filed against AP government in courts and tribunals with regard to water sharing disputes in Krishna and Godavari rivers.
KCR and Jagan are expected to meet on June 28. The meeting is expected to happen at KCR’s camp office Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad.
This will be Jagan’s second visit to Pragathi Bhavan and sixth meeting with KCR is less than a month.
In the meeting, both the CMs will discuss on pending bifurcation related issues which could not be resolved due to obstacles created by former CM Chandrababu Naidu.
Both Jagan and KCR now want to maintain ‘cordial relations’ adopt ‘give and take’ method’ and find an amicable solution to all the disputes beween both the states.
Instead of approaching courts and tribunals for justice, both the CMs want to resolve issues through talks and mutual cooperation to achieve mutual benefits for both the states.
Seems, the Junen 28 meeting between Jagan and KCR will take the bonhomie between them to the next level.
