There were days when every single fan of YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy was loudly proclaiming that their supreme leader would win the entire lot of 42 seats in AP. However, that is not the scene right now. After one masterstroke by Sonia, Jagan not only lost hope for more than 12 seats in Telangana but his party was also wiped off from the region and he was made to compromise with Congress leadership so that he could come out of jail.
Now his leaders have taken up a new slogan saying if the people can give Jagan 30 seats then he can ensure AP is united. So, this means all seats in Seemandhra plus 5 seats of Southern Telangana. His rivals are wondering as to how can Jagan strike a bargain with just 30 seats because if he claims AP to be unitedly backing him for Samaykhyandhra, he should win all 42 seats and whether this minus 12 strategy will convince voters is again a million dollar question!
