After getting recovered of his Ketone levels, YSR Congress president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is discharged from NIMS hospital, where police took him after foiling his hunger strike. On 9th October, Jagan was shifted to hospital by the police foiling his deeksha against Union Cabinet’s approval of Telangana note.
This is the second time Jagan has taken up a Deeksha, a hunger strike, for the sake of Seemandhra people. But one would wonder what Jagan has achieved regarding the demands he made with these hunger strikes. Both the times, he is forcibly taken to hospital and doctors injected fluids. None from ruling party or none from government have come forward to issue a statement that Jagan’s demands will be met or at least they will be taken into consideration. Except the fact of convincing people that he stood for Samaikyandhra cause, Jagan’s fast is not yielding any results for sure.People and political observers are waiting eagerly to see what will be the next move of YSR Congress chief, and how he is going to plan to keep the state united. On the other hand, Congress is quick to implement its bifurcation decision with Group of Ministers speeding up the process.
