Even though Balakrishna’s “Jai Simha” and Pawan Kalyan’s “Agnyaathavaasi” are slated to clash for Sankranthi, people say that war will be one sided only. Read how Jai Simha can surprise Agnyaathavaasi and prove everyone wrong.
The craze of Pawan-Trivikram combo and the Balayya’s recent track record with non-Boyapati films might be making people assume that Agnyaathavaasi will have the last laugh. But, what people are ignoring is that both these films belong to different genres, and Jai Simha can offer what Agnyaathavaasi presumably lack, massy action.
History has proven that mass films score as much as family entertainers during sankranthi season. While the album and promos of Agnyaathavaasi indicated that it will be a class film, with a touch of Trivikram-mark stylish action episodes, the trailer of Jai Simha hinted that it is an action entertainer with Balayya-style mass action and punch dialogues, a genre that B,C centre audience loves, of course if the screenplay is connecting. In case, Agnyaathavaasi fails to entertain mass audience, Jai Simha can easily cash in on the situation as it may offer plentiful mass moments.
Audience many not have high expectations on ‘Jai Simha’, but Balayya’s films are unpredictable. He has the history of scoring massive blockbusters with the films that released without many expectations. One can’t judge a complete mass film before watching it because it can hit bull’s eye as much as it can misfire.
The war is not going to be one sided for sure, so people taking Jai Simha light need to wait until the release of both films to celebrate the victory.
