Hyderabad: Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor is all set to rejoin the sets of her highly anticipated Telugu film PEDDI, opposite Ram Charan. The actress will begin her next schedule on July 12 and is expected to complete 40 more days of shoot. Janhvi has already wrapped up 15 days of filming earlier this year in March and May.
According to sources, “Janhvi will shoot some important romantic scenes alongside Ram Charan and also film two songs that play a key role in the story. She’s extremely enthusiastic about this project and enjoying every bit of the process.”
For PEDDI, Janhvi undergoes a remarkable image makeover, stepping into the role of a rustic village girl. The part requires a transformation in her look, style, and body language—and the talented star has embraced it with ease. “Janhvi is very comfortable on set and is nailing the emotional and light-hearted portions alike. Fans can look forward to a strong, heartfelt performance,” the source added.
Earlier, on her birthday, the makers unveiled a special poster showcasing Janhvi’s playful village avatar, which went viral and received widespread appreciation. Following her success in Devara, Janhvi is poised to deliver another box-office hit with PEDDI, while Ram Charan’s powerful first look from the film has already created massive excitement among fans.
With an intriguing rustic backdrop, sizzling romance, and star power, PEDDI is shaping up to be one of the most eagerly awaited releases of the year.
