For more than a year, yesteryear heroine turned politician Jeevitha Rajasekhar was stuck in a legal tangle when a film financier named Sama Chandrasekhar Reddy filed a cheque bounce case against Jeevitha. The Erramanzil Court even sentenced Jeevitha to 2-year imprisonment and slapped a penalty of 25 lakhs. Jeevitha was later released on bail.
However, Jeevitha got a major relief today as the court finally struck off the cheque bounce against Jeevitha today. Expressing relief, Jeevitha vented out her angst and vowed to drag Sama Chandrasekhar Reddy to court for pushing her info mental tension for more than a year for no reason.
Jeevitha also alleged that Sama Chandrasekhar Reddy tricked her by financing her and further taking her cheques in 2007 during the making of Yevadaithe Nakenti. Jeevitha warned Sama Chandrasekhar Reddy of a defamation suit. Meanwhile, the financier said that he will move the High Court against Jeevitha.
