Arguments on the Statutory bail petition of the YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy were completed in the high court on Thursday.
After hearing the arguments, the court has posted its judgment to Monday.
While Jagan’s counsel Padmanabha Reddy has argued that his client deserved bail as he was in jail for more than 90 days, CBI has argued that that rule was not applicable to Jagan. The agency has mentioned that even the Supreme Court has directed that Jagan should not seek bail until the investigation was over. The CBI has said that Jagan was arrested in the Vanpic case and there was need for it to investigate into 7 aspects of the case.
