Kajal’s B’Day Special : Nene Raju Nene Mantri Teaser

Roshan Kanakala’s love-and-action drama Mowgli 2025, which was earlier scheduled to release on December 12th, has now been delayed by a day. The film will officially hit theatres on December 13th, while the makers are still planning premiere shows on the evening of the 12th.

Despite the massive buzz surrounding NBK’s Akhanda 2, the Mowgli 2025 team remains confident. They are proceeding without any major postponement, believing that the early premieres will create strong word-of-mouth and boost the film’s openings.

The newly unveiled release-date poster showcases lead actors Roshan Kanakala, Sakkshi Mhadolkar, and Bandi Saroj Kumar in striking moods, each expressing a different emotional shade. The film has already gained notable attention through its teaser, two singles, and the recently launched trailer.

Directed by Sandeep Raj, Mowgli 2025 presents a contemporary retelling of the Ramayana, with the lead characters drawing inspiration from Rama and Sita. Roshan Kanakala’s makeover into the titular Mowgli has been a talking point in the promotional content, while Sakkshi Mhadolkar will be seen in a challenging, sensitively portrayed role as a deaf and mute character.
