It’s over! Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are no longer together! One of the Bollywood’s most talked about couples has called it quits. While there is no official word from either side yet, the buzz is that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s ‘ajab prem ki ghazab kahani’ has come to an end. There is also talk that the industry’s perennial Prem and Katrina’s ex-boyfriend, Salman Khan, may have something to do with the split.
At the centre of the estrangement, sources said, was a meeting Katrina had with Salman on January 9 at a suburban studio. The two spent two hours chatting. That was the day when Katrina and Ranbir stopped shooting for Anurag Basu’s Jagga Jasoos. While the schedule is still on, neither actor has been seen on the sets in the last six days. Katrina has already moved out of the couple’s plush sea-facing duplex at Bandra and Ranbir has moved back with his parents.
Word is that the two might reconsider getting back together but the chances are very bleak right now! No wonder Katrina had earlier quoted, “My greatest fear is that if and when I get married and I am standing at the altar or the mandap, he (Ranbir) may not love me completely. That he may not know his mind well enough to be making those commitments. The anticipation of heartbreak is my only fear.”
It can be noted that their kissing picture which went viral too was one sort of a publicity gimmick! But the truth remains! Ranbir has moved out of his Bandra love nest and is already with his family at a new apartment! As far as Katrina is concerned, let’s see what destiny holds for her!
