“Nani’s film Devadas got lesser collections because we are not with that film. Aravinda Sametha got huge collections as we backed it”, is what some Kaushal Army folks are saying on Twitter today. And they got into a rift with Prabhas fans over the same, giving them an ultimatum that they will make sure ‘Saaho’ will get poor collections.
Whether all these folks are Kaushal Army or not, it looks like they are daydreaming from a long time thinking that they could alter a film’s box office collections, feel Prabhas’ fans, as they are wading off such threats with their little fingers. Because a digital army can’t make or break a film, but only one’s content will do it.
There are fewer collections for Devadas because the film sounded average and there are more for Aravinda Sametha because the film has Jr NTR carrying it on his shoulders. And an army on Twitter can’t refrain people from going to a film for sure. Because at any given day, big film stars are bigger than any such influencers on the internet.
At the same time, Prabhas is a true blue star whose Saaho could beat the likes of his own Baahubali’s openings and weekend records. So challenging his fans is a silly thing to do for any army.
