Actress Kavya Thapar has been signed as the female lead in an upcoming film tentatively titled “Ureka”, where she will star opposite Havish. According to Tollywood sources, Kavya has been roped in for a significant remuneration, making this one of her most notable projects.
A source from the production team confirmed her involvement, stating, “Kavya has signed the film, which is being directed by Thrinadha Rao. She will be paired opposite Havish.”
Currently, the film is in its pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors in April or mid-May. However, the official title is yet to be finalized. “We haven’t locked a title yet, and an official announcement will be made only after the first schedule is completed,” the source added.
Regarding the film’s storyline, another insider revealed an interesting aspect of Kavya’s character: “She plays Havish’s neighbor, and the core of the story revolves around how their lives intertwine in unexpected ways.”
Meanwhile, Havish is currently on a vacation and is expected to return next month to begin filming.
In an exciting development, sources also confirmed that Kavya has signed two Bollywood projects alongside well-known actors, which is expected to generate significant buzz in the coming weeks.
