TRS working president K.T. Rama Rao and former minister T. Harish Rao will not find a place in the Cabinet, which will be expanded at 11.30 am on Tuesday.
Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will also not induct a woman minister, for the second term running, according to information from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).
Mr Rao has finalised the names of ten ministers, four from his previous Cabinet and six new faces.
The Cabinet will have former ministers Etala Rajendar, A. Indra karan Reddy, G. Jagadish Reddy and Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
The fresh faces will be Mr Ch Malla Reddy, Mr V. Prashant Reddy, Mr Koppula Eswar, Mr V. Srinivas Goud, Mr Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Mr Singireddy Niranjan Reddy.
