With just one month to go for Telangana elections, the list of 105 candidates announced by TRS Chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao is likely to change. According to TRS sources, KCR is now thinking of changing a few candidates and this news is sending shock waves to the candidates whose names are on the list.
Apparently, B-forms have not been given to them. What this means is that there could always be someone else replacing the candidate. While this is definitely a good strategy for KCR to have a grip over his party leaders, on the flipside, it could also cause an internal revolt in the pink party over denial of tickets.
What is upsetting most of these candidates is that they have already began spending money on their campaigning and declaring themselves as the candidates for respective seats. Now, with this new shock, they are a confused lot! Looks like KCR’s habit of making sudden plans or changing plans has not gone down well with his party leaders. We will have to wait and watch whether KCR will change few of them or stick to his first list.
