Keerthy Suresh, who was last seen in Uppu Kappurambu earlier this year, is now gearing up for her next release, Revolver Rita, a crime comedy directed by JK Chandru. The film, which also stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Sunil, and Redin Kingsley, is set to hit theatres on November 28.
But while promoting the movie, Keerthy opened up about an issue that has been deeply bothering her — AI misuse.
She revealed, “AI technology has become a very big problem. They took my photo, changed my clothes digitally, altered my pose and released it. I was honestly shocked when I saw those pictures. It’s extremely frustrating.”
Keerthy isn’t alone. Rashmika Mandanna faced something similar, and recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan even won a legal case related to AI-generated misuse of her images. What started as a tech trend has quickly turned into a major headache for celebrities — fake images, manipulated videos, and content they never consented to are spreading everywhere. Keerthy’s comments highlight just how personal and invasive this issue has become.
On the brighter side, she’s keeping busy professionally. Keerthy is teaming up with Vijay Deverakonda for Rowdy Janardhan, directed by Ravikiran Kola and produced by Dil Raju. The film’s opening pooja was held recently, officially marking the beginning of the shoot. With Revolver Rita generating solid buzz and Rowdy Janardhan on the way, fans are eager to see what Keerthy brings to the screen next.
