KTR Slams Revanth Reddy Over Lokesh Meeting Allegation

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently stirred a political storm by claiming that BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) had secretly met Andhra Pradesh IT Minister and TDP leader Nara Lokesh.

When asked about these allegations, KTR didn’t hold back. He firmly refuted the claim and criticized Revanth Reddy for making such statements. “Why would I need to meet Lokesh secretly? If I want to meet him, I’ll do it openly in public. I haven’t met him, but if there’s ever a need, I will meet him transparently. Lokesh is not a thief or a bag carrier like Revanth for me to meet him in secret,” KTR remarked sharply.

KTR went a step further, using strong language to emphasize his point: “Nenu Lokesh ni Kalisthe neekenti ra howla? Nenemaina nee laga loafer politics chesthana?” He asserted that Nara Lokesh is a fellow minister and a respectable leader from Andhra Pradesh, and there would be nothing wrong if they were to meet officially.

While KTR categorically denied any such meeting with Lokesh, his choice of words against the Telangana Chief Minister has now sparked further debate in political circles. The exchange reflects the intensifying political rivalry between the BRS and the current Telangana government.
