Surprising all, Telangana’s Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao spent all night on Greater Hyderabad roads.
KTR conducted surprise visits to many areas where road development works are in progress. He expressed anger over the delay in completion of the construction and renovation works. In some areas, KTR enquired about the facilities provided at RTC bus stops in the city.
The minister also enquired the police patrolling teams about the drunk and drive cases. He asked them to stringently punish those who commit the crimes.KTR was seen on the roads between 11.30 pm to 2.30 pm. GHMC commissioner Janardhan Reddy and other officials had to sweat it out to convince KCR on many issues during the night visit in the city.
