There has been an erratic movement in the pricing especially in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. The latest reports reveal the lands near Ramoji Film City are catching fire.
The reason for that is the decision of Telangana CM KCR to come up with another film city. This is at a place called Rachakonda and this area is near behind the Gold Coast venture by Suchir India developers. It is heard that KCR is working on coming up with plots for Tollywood film personalities and other infrastructure related to entertainment industry.
Talk is that his recent visit to the media baron Ramoji Rao and the prolonged discussions were actually revolving around this new film city. As a result, the prices for lands in these areas have begun picking up and the realtors are coming up with new strategies to woo the buyers. All that is left now is just an official announcement from the Telangana government and that would set the ball rolling.
