In an industry where surprises are hard to come by, Mythri Movie Makers has pulled off a subtle yet sweet casting move. After director Sriram Adittya’s son Vikram Adittya made a brief appearance in Manamey, it’s now the turn of producer Ravi Shankar’s daughter, Lisha, to step into the spotlight with Fauji — the much-anticipated period drama starring Prabhas.

Currently, the film is in the midst of shooting childhood sequences, and young Lisha has bagged a charming role in this phase of production. Though not a major part, her presence has already made waves within the unit. Sources say Lisha’s natural screen presence and confident performance impressed the team, hinting at a memorable debut for the star kid.

Fauji, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, is set against the backdrop of the British era, promising to showcase Prabhas in a dual-shaded role — part romantic youngster, part disciplined police officer, navigating a world of upheaval and transformation. The film is shaping up to be a mix of vintage drama and mass appeal.

Adding to the film’s promise is composer Vishal Chandrasekhar, who has reportedly completed three tracks so far. Director Hanu is said to be highly satisfied with the musical tone being set, aiming for an emotionally rich cinematic experience.

While Lisha’s role may be small, it reflects Mythri Movie Makers’ growing tradition of blending professional excellence with personal involvement. These quiet debuts, backed by passion and legacy, continue to bring an added layer of charm to Telugu cinema’s evolving narrative.
