Tharun Bhascker’s Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi was a massive success in Telugu, and fans have been eagerly requesting a sequel for years. Now, the project is officially on the floors, and production is underway. Recently, the film’s producer shared some exciting insights about the upcoming sequel.

The sequel will retain the buddy comedy vibe that made the first film so popular, but this time it promises plenty of surprises beyond anyone’s imagination. Tharun Bhascker faces the challenge of keeping the original magic intact while delivering a fresh experience to the audience.

In terms of casting, the sequel will feature several special cameos from established industry personalities, adding another layer of excitement. Additionally, there has been a change in one of the four lead roles. Reports suggest that Srinath, known for HIT and Animal, will replace Sai Sushanth in the sequel. The producer emphasized that this swap will be handled smoothly so that the vibe and continuity of part 1 remain unaffected. It will be up to Tharun Bhascker to ensure that the audience remains fully engaged and satisfied despite the change.

Producer Srujan described the sequel as “a buddy comedy with extensive VFX, a pakka blockbuster, and Tharun Bhascker’s best-written script to date. The film follows four friends making a movie, but it won’t feel like a typical behind-the-scenes story—expect plenty of surprises you won’t see coming.”
