Logitech has officially launched the MX Master 4 in India, expanding its flagship MX Master lineup aimed at creative professionals and developers. The new mouse introduces immersive haptic feedback and a software-based overlay system designed to enhance productivity and streamline complex workflows.
Customisable Haptic Feedback for Precision Work
The MX Master 4 is the first mouse in the MX series to feature customisable haptic feedback. The technology delivers subtle tactile vibrations during scrolling, navigation, and selection, offering enhanced precision for tasks such as video editing, graphic design, and data analysis.
“In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, advanced users need tools that help them redefine their workflows to deliver more in less time,” said Tolya Polyanker, General Manager of the MX Business at Logitech. “We designed MX Master 4 to bring next-level immersion and speed to our users thanks to tactile haptic feedback and instant access to their favourite tools with the Actions Ring software overlay.”
‘Actions Ring’ Overlay Enhances Workflow Efficiency
Complementing the hardware upgrades, Logitech has introduced the ‘Actions Ring’, a digital overlay enabled through Logi Options+ software. The on-screen interface allows users to access frequently used tools and app-specific shortcuts instantly.
According to Logitech, the Actions Ring can reduce repetitive mouse movements by up to 63 per cent and help professionals save up to 33 per cent of their time by automating tasks in applications such as Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
Performance, Connectivity, and Battery Life
The MX Master 4 retains Logitech’s MagSpeed Scroll Wheel, capable of scrolling up to 1,000 lines per second. It features an 8,000 DPI sensor that tracks accurately on virtually any surface, including glass.
Designed for shared and quiet workspaces, the mouse includes ‘Quiet Clicks’ technology, producing 90 per cent less noise than the MX Master 3 while retaining tactile feedback.
Connectivity has been improved with a high-performance chip and a new USB-C dongle, offering twice the connectivity strength of previous models. Users can pair the mouse with up to three devices and switch seamlessly across laptops, desktops, and tablets on different operating systems.
A full charge delivers up to 70 days of usage, while a one-minute USB-C quick charge provides up to three hours of use.
Sustainability and Enterprise Features
The MX Master 4 is built using a minimum of 48 per cent post-consumer recycled plastic and features a low-carbon aluminium thumbwheel. The battery incorporates 100 per cent recycled cobalt.
For enterprise customers, the MX Master 4 for Business supports remote device monitoring through the Logitech Sync platform, allowing IT teams to manage peripherals without physical desk visits.
Price and Availability
The Logitech MX Master 4 will be available in Graphite and Pale Grey colour options, priced at ₹15,995. Buyers will also receive a complimentary one-month Adobe Creative Cloud membership.
