Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is well-known for his strict work ethic, reportedly clocking 16 to 18 hours of work every day. While this discipline benefits the state, it presents unique challenges when it comes to family dynamics.
When asked about navigating life with such a work-driven leader as a father, Nara Lokesh offered an interesting perspective.
“Our office and home are in the same building. The CM’s office is on one floor, and our residence is just above it. But there’s a strict policy — in the office, he is my boss, and I address him accordingly. At home, he’s my father, and I call him ‘Nanna’ with the same fondness,” Lokesh shared.
He further emphasized that professional discussions never cross into personal spaces, and family matters remain strictly outside office boundaries. Lokesh’s comments highlight Chandrababu’s firm stance on separating personal and professional lives, reflecting his highly disciplined approach not just in governance but also within the family setup.
