Mega Power Star Ram Charan is one of the top stars in Tollywood. Nonetheless, the actor is continuously failing to score a hit. Post the then industry hit Magadheera, Charan hasn’t deliver a commercial hit till date, although Racha, Yevadu and Nayak were ended as average to above average grossers.
Ram Charan is next coming up with a stylish action entertainer film Dhruva which is slated for release during Dasara on October 7th. Curiously, the makers are maintaining low buzz on Dhruva, owing to few reasons.
Firstly, Charan last films carried high buzz prior to release had botched at box office, since they failed to reach the expectations. Dhruva is not a straight film and is a remake of Tamil hit Thani Oruvan. And, director Surender Reddy is also in poor form with his last movie Kick 2 bombing miserably.
Due to low hype on Dhruva, too many releases are in the clash during this dasara including Naga Chaitanya’s Premam releasing on October 8th. Tamannah’s Abhinetri, Nikhil Gowda’s Jaguar are also releasing respectively on 7th and 6th.
Apart from these films, Ram’s Hyper and Kalyan Ram’s Ism are also hitting the screens during the festival. Seems like, everyone is willing to cash on the festival holidays. Will they give a tough fight for Dhruva, we need to wait and see!
