From last two days, Mahesh Babu’s PR team is busy sending feelers that there will be 20 days of extraordinary promotions for “Bharat Anu Nenu” from April 1st. But the moot questions is, what will they do in that period of time?
If we take Bollywood superstars like Salman and Akshay, they tour around 10 cities and go to colleges, TV shows and other programs to promote their movies. However, our superstars including Mahesh, Allu Arjun, Charan, NTR never appear in any TV show, game show or any public program to promote their films. They just host an audio function and couple of press meets. And then, Mahesh also invented the idea of inviting all the media folks to any star hotel in a single day and gives them interviews. Literally, no LIVE shows on news channels for these big stars.
So what will Bharat Anu Nenu team do in the proposed 20 days in the name of promotions? If only director Koratala Siva and heroine Kiara Advani promote the movie on TV shows, then it will not get the much-needed attention. As Mahesh is coming with this film after two big disasters, the onus is on him to promote the film big such that openings and first-week run will be stronger.
Buzz has that Mahesh will go to some TV channels and promote the film in this 20 days span. Also, they are chalking out plans to visit colleges and meet people at various events to promote Bharat Anu Nenu. Let’s see.
