The exorbitant rates for the theatrical rights of Mahesh Babu and Koratala Siva’s much awaited Bharat Ane Nenu are reportedly scaring a few distributors, buyers. Yet, many are said to be coming forward to buy the rights for the quoted price and take the rights. And there is a stiff competition among buyers to bag the rights which is helping producer to cash in on the craze.
Even though the star’s last film Spyder didn’t do well at the Box Office, apparently, it has no effect on Bharat Ane Nenu. Buzz is that positive vibes around the film and blockbuster Srimanthudu combination are cited as the reasons for the whopping prices.
Producer Danayya is reportedly quoting big figures for the film’s distribution rights in various centres. If sources are to believed, only for Vizag distribution rights, the price is said to be over Rs 11 Crore. The situation is more or less same in other districts too.
Surprisingly, distributors are getting ready to pay the staggering prices and bag the film. This is the proof for the distributors confidence on Mahesh and Koratala combo. As the film is set for Summer release, the openings and collections are expected to be pretty good. That’s why distributors too bracing up to take the risk.
