On one side, Saaho might be a loss venture for certain distributors and the film garnered only negative reviews. But the movie made 300+ crores nett from the box office and other rights got sold for 120+ crores, giving all the investment of UV Creations back into their pockets. So who should get the credit for this?
Recently the makers of Saaho have released a Behind The Scenes video of the movie where they have put up visuals of pre-production and the difficulties involved while making this film actually. Actually, the very immediate thought that comes to anyone’s mind after watching this video is how director Sujeeth should be thankful to his team.
He is seen explaining a highly talented team of more than 40 people including Hollywood action designers and skilled storyboard artists. At the same time, Prabhas is also seen giving so many inputs to them. All their hard work together has resulted in this massive movie which minted huge.
If the director is little cautious and has worked on the screenplay part, he would have made it much bigger it. When producers invested almost 300 crores on a young chap like him, surely things should have been dealt bit seriously.
