We have recently witnessed the exemplary theatrical trailer of India’s first Space film, ‘Tik Tik Tik’, a Tamil film starring Jayam Ravi in lead role. If the emerging reports are anything to go by, a new Telugu film could be Tollywood’s first and India’s second Space film.
Young filmmaker Sankalp Reddy, who explored underwater in his debut film, “Ghazi”, (an underwater war drama based on the true incident of sinking of Ghazi submarine), is reportedly planning to make a Space film in his second attempt. The film will be high on visual effects, and feature Mega family hero Varun Tej.
Sankalp Reddy won immense acclaim for creating palpable tension and technical finesse in Ghazi. After the film’s success, we heard that he got the nod of Varun Tej for an experimental film. Latest reports suggest that Reddy chose to make a sci-fi film set in space, the script work of which is in progress. More details of the project will be revealed shortly.
Meanwhile, Varun is currently busy with the shooting of ‘Tholi Prema’, which is scheduled to hit screens on Feb 9, 2018.
