With just a few days left for the release of Ravi Teja’s ‘Raja The Great’, director Anil Ravipudi has made an important clarification. He revealed that contrary to the speculations, Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej isn’t making any cameo appearance in the film.
Earlier, when a selfie comprising Anil Ravipudi, Ravi Teja-Mehreen Pirzada, the pair of ‘Raja The Great’, Raashi Khanna and Sai Dharam Tej from the film’s sets went viral on social media, rumormongers speculated that the Mega hero was also making a special appearance in the film, just like Raashi.
Director Anil Ravipudi has now clarified that Raashi indeed is making a special appearance in his film but not Sai. ‘He is a dear friend. He casually visited our film’s sets on the day we were shooting with Raashi, and we took a selfie,’ he added. Sai played lead role in Anil Ravipudi’s previous directorial, ‘Supreme’.
Raashi on the hand will be seen in a special song in ‘Raja The Great’. Produced by Dil Raju, the film marks comeback of Ravi Teja after a two-year hiatus, and it is scheduled to hit screens on October 18.
