Young and talented hero Kiran Abbavaram who achieved success with ‘Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha’ is coming back again with a complete commercial entertainer. The movie is titled ‘Meter’ and debutant Ramesh Kaduri is directing this film while Clap Entertainment is producing it. Presented by the Mythri Movie Makers, the theatrical trailer of ‘Meter’ is out now.
The teaser and songs raised good expectations on this movie and it looks like the trailer is packed with all elements required for a mass masala entertainer. The trailer starts off with the action-packed entry of Kiran Abbavaram as a reckless cop who doesn’t care about anybody and enjoys life on his own terms. The romantic angle is introduced and the chemistry between the lead pair is quite good. The story takes a serious turn when a powerful politician enters the scene and the movie starts to become a war between the police and the politician. Kiran plays the role of a police officer who is the topper of the batch and is motivated by his father.
The background music definitely stands out and it elevates the trailer to another level. The shots and scenes do not give a fresh vibe but you enjoy them to a certain extent. Kiran Abbavaram effortlessly portrayed the role of a cop, and his playful performance provide enough entertainment. Athulyaa Ravi looked good as a glam doll. Other actors played their parts proficiently. The visuals look great and the trailer is cut in an entertaining fashion. It gives a clear idea on what to expect from the ‘Meter’.
Chiranjeevi (Cherry) and Hemalatha Pedamallu are producing the film. Ramesh Kaduri provided dialogues, while JV is the Art Director. Venkat C Dileep and Suresh Sarangam handled the cinematography. Bal Subramaniam KVV is the Chief Executive Producer for the film which is the most expensive film in Kiran’s career. Sai Kartheek is giving the music. ‘Meter’ is releasing worldwide on 7th April and it has to compete with Ravi Teja’s ‘Ravanasura’ which is coming out on the same date. Let us see how the movie turns out.
