Complete actor Mohanlal is a name that needs no introduction. He is an artist who did a wide variety of roles in the last three decades and aced each one of them. Despite being in his sixties, the actor is still going strong and is impressing the audience with his versatile movies. He does action flicks, thrillers, comedies and many other films even today. He comes up with at least 2-3 films every year which shows his speed and he does key roles in other languages too.
He did ‘Manamantha’ and ‘Janatha Garage’ in Telugu and ‘Jilla’ along with ‘Bandobasth’ in Tamil. These are just a few examples and his latest project ‘Monster’ is doing extremely well at the box office. Meanwhile, he announced another interesting project with ‘Jallikattu’ director Lijo Jose Pellissery. He was the filmmaker who made ‘Angamalai Dairies’ which is the original version of ‘Falaknuma Das’.
Mohanlal took to Twitter and wrote, “I’m delightful to announce that my next project will be with one of the most exciting and immensely talented directors in Indian cinema – Lijo Jose Pellissery. The project will be produced by John and Mary Creative, Max Labs and Century Films.” Movie lovers are eager to know what kind of film they deliver next year.
