For reasons unknown, Nagarjuna has picked up many unworthy films in recent times and their box office result proved that. But then, the senior Akkineni hero is delaying his dream project Bangarraju from a long time for unknown reasons. Here is an interesting snippet about it.
In a bid to make the film interesting, actually Nagarjuna is said to have asked his Soggade Chinni Nayana director to add even Naga Chaitanya’s role to the movie. However, the film didn’t take off in the last couple of years as Nag kept Kalyan in the waiting list. But then, when it was supposed to take place after Manmadhudu 2, director Kalyan’s brother passed away.
While Nag took Wild Dog movie in the meantime, right now Kalyan Krishna is back in town to work on this film. He is said to be sitting with music composer Anup Rubens to get the tunes ready. Once Nag wraps up his Wild Dog shoot and Chaitanya completes Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story, this film might go to sets.
Meanwhile, we have to see if Samantha will also join the cast as rumoured earlier.
