Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council’s newly nominated MLC, Naga Babu, made a powerful appearance at the Janasena Formation Day event held in Pithapuram today. His speech was charged with enthusiasm and aggression, as he took on various political figures.
Naga Babu took a jibe at Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, mocking him by stating that while he’d like to call him the opposition leader, Jagan doesn’t hold the stature or status to be worthy of that title. He further taunted, “Jagan keeps dozing off, waking up occasionally. From now on, he doesn’t even need to wake up, as we will be in power for the next 20 years and will take care of everything.”
The speech also included praise for Pawan Kalyan. Naga Babu said, “Great leaders were born during the freedom struggle, and after many years, we are witnessing someone like Pawan Kalyan. He knows how to reward you even without being asked. That’s a rare trait.”
In his address about Pithapuram, Naga Babu emphasized that the victory there belongs entirely to Pawan Kalyan and remarked that anyone claiming otherwise was merely dreaming. This seemed like a subtle dig at SVSN Varma, who had made significant contributions to Kalyan’s success. This comment sparked negativity on social media.
