Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s highly anticipated romantic action entertainer Thandel is set to hit theaters on February 7th, and it’s already generating excitement, largely due to the positive reception of its songs. The latest track, Hilessa Hilessa, was released today and is quickly gaining popularity among fans.
Producer Allu Aravind shared his enthusiasm for the film, encouraging students to express their creativity through memes. He praised Naga Chaitanya’s performance, saying, “Naga Chaitanya’s work in this film is exceptional. I’m confident that Thandel will be a massive success at the box office. It’s a pure love story.”
Director Chandoo Mondeti revealed that Thandel explores the theme of love intertwined with patriotism. He described it as “a beautiful love story where every Raju dreams of a Bujji Thalli, and every Bujji Thalli yearns for a lover like Raju.” He added that the film is emotionally charged and promises an experience that will leave viewers wanting more. “If not, I’ll change my name,” he jokingly quipped.
Naga Chaitanya expressed his personal connection to the film, stating, “This story is based on the lives of fishermen, and it’s rare to find such a role and script. I’ve never played a character like Thandel Raju before.” He also mentioned that Bujji Thalli, a song from the film, is his personal favorite.
With the release date fast approaching, the team plans to keep the momentum going with regular updates leading up to the premiere.
