Unlike regular people who can unwind by taking a trip or casually strolling through Charminar, actors like Naga Chaitanya must find more private ways to relax. Recently, the Akkineni star shared his unique approach to handling stress.

Speaking at a promotional event for the upcoming film Mad Square, Naga Chaitanya revealed an interesting personal habit. He said, “After stressful days, I used to unwind by eating my favorite food while watching the movie ‘Mad.’ It helped me relieve tension. Films like these are great for mental well-being. Watching such movies in theaters not only entertains but also strengthens friendships. Even if we’ve had conflicts with someone, these movies bring positivity and reconciliation.”

Chaitanya also praised the film’s cast, highlighting how Mad turned relatively unknown actors into stars. “Before the release of Mad, many didn’t even know their names. But in my eyes, they are stars, and after Mad Square, everyone will recognize them. Comedy is one of the toughest genres to master as an actor. When director Kalyan Shankar narrated the script to me, I couldn’t stop laughing,” he shared.

The actor also spoke highly of producer Vamsi, reminiscing about their journey since Premam. “I always admired his boldness. His courage and vision have brought him to this level today,” he added.

On the professional front, Naga Chaitanya is riding high on the massive box office success of Thandel, which recently crossed the ₹100 crore milestone worldwide.
