The leader of opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday in New Delhi. Jagan asked Centre for more help from the Union Government for the victims of Hudhud. Jagan apparently told Rajnath that government of Andhra Pradesh “failed” in offering help to farmers.
After meeting Rajnath, Jagan spoke to media persons in Delhi and blamed Chief Minister Chandrababu. “Chandrababu has put all his efforts in making Sujana Chowdary as Minister of State. It’s sad that he didn’t pay attention to the victims of Hudhud. I’ve toured in over 10 villages of North Coastal Andhra and people have unanimously said that they haven’t received any help from government. In fact, electricity in many villages haven’t been restored yet,” said Jagan.
