Going by the way Bollywood celebrates Diwali festival, we have to say we’re still toddlers in front of them. From Amitabh Bachchan to Ambanis, Farah Khan to Karan Johar, many hosted Diwali parties this year. The seniors’ gang at Big B’s house that is caught feasting on liquor to the young brigade that performed a pooja at Karan’s Dharma Productions office, the pictures are all over the next.
Coming to Tollywood, we have our the top families of Tollywood celebrating with Mega family hosting a bash for all of their cousins and friends. Then we have Manchu family hosting it, with Chiru and Prabhas attending as their guest. There came Akkinenis who feasted on the Diwali bash with family and friends. Watching all those pictures, definitely, Telugu cinema lovers are missing out one Diwali bash.
You guessed it right, Diwali bash of Nandamuris is heavily missed by Telugu folks. Imagine if Balayya hosted a bash and the likes of Jr NTR, Tarak Ratna, Kalyan Ram and their other good friends in the industry attend it. Surely that would be a stunner, isn’t it? Fans are expecting this for a long time, unfortunately that is not happening for reasons unknown.
On the other hand, hosting Diwali bashes is a culture that South Indians yet to adapt while it is super prevalent in the north. Recently the trend of distributing sweet boxes and gifts has started in Tollywood though.
