Nani and Samantha, who have created magic with their on-screen romance in Eega and Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu, are all set to pair up with each other once again. Nani and Samantha said to have recently watched the upcoming Tamil film 96 featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in the lead roles.
Nani is said to be bowled by the film and even cried while watching some scenes of the film. He apparently decided to do the film immediately that he even tried adjusting his dates to accommodate the film. Samantha also immensely liked the film and decided to take up the film.
Producer Dil Raju has bagged the Telugu remake rights. In fact, Dil Raju had watched the film first and quite impressed with it. He only decided to have Nani and Samantha on board as they’d be apt for the roles. Dil Raju had personally brought down Nani and Samantha to Chennai for a special screening during which the duo given the go ahead.
Dil Raju is planning to start the film’s shooting from December. It is learnt that Raju could ask one of his directors (whom he had launched) to direct the film.
