Nara Lokesh’s Fiery Attack on Rivals at TDP’s 43rd Anniversary

On the occasion of the Telugu Desam Party’s 43rd formation day, the party’s national secretary and incumbent IT Minister, Nara Lokesh, delivered a power-packed speech, energizing his party supporters. Lokesh adopted a sharp and aggressive tone, taking direct digs at political rivals while reinforcing TDP’s stronghold.

During his speech, Lokesh mocked those who once ridiculed the Red Book, stating that the very mention of it is now causing panic among certain individuals. “The mere mention of the Red Book is giving some people heart attacks, while others are slipping in their bathrooms and breaking their hands,” he remarked. His statement appeared to be a veiled jab at Kodali Nani, who is currently hospitalized due to a heart attack, and Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, who reportedly suffered a hand injury. Both leaders had previously mocked Lokesh during Jagan Mohan Reddy’s tenure as CM.

Lokesh further asserted, “This bloodline (Chandrababu) didn’t flinch even when faced with bomb attacks. How can anyone think it will be scared of a mere comedy piece?”—a clear reference to the Alipiri blast on Chandrababu Naidu and an indirect swipe at Jagan Mohan Reddy.

With his electrifying speech, Lokesh successfully rallied the TDP cadre, demonstrating a proactive and assertive approach that his supporters had long anticipated. His performance today reaffirmed his growing political stature and strategic aggression at a crucial time for the party.
