Notices to Chandrababu’s residence in Amaravati

As expected the YSRCP government has gone done in action to take appropriate measures against TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’s residence in Undavalli, Amaravati. The CRDA and revenue officials on Friday pasted notices to the compound wall and in this notice, the CRDA officials claimed that this building is illegal one.

Surprisingly the CRDA included many rules in the notice and added that without any approvals G+1 building is constructed and very soon revenue officials will visit the residence to take measures of the whole plot. The notice also asked the concerned person residing in the residence to give a clarification within a week time. Even after giving a clarification, if CRDA is not satisfied, it would go ahead with its process as per law and rules.

Andhra Pradesh Building Rules 2012, Amaravati Capital City Zoning Regularisation 2016 are some of the norms that Chandrababu’s residence did not follow, is what mentioned in the notice.

Former finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishna has slammed YS Jagan and YSRCP government and added these acts are deliberate and revengeful.
