It is inevitable that there is going to be a clash between babai and abbai of Nandamuri clan during Sankranthi of 2016. Both the film-makers are working hard to make sure that their films are ready by then to cash in on the festival holidays.Earlier, the release date for NTR’s Nannaku Prematho was fixed on January 8, 2016. However, now, it is being said that the release date has been pushed to January 13, a day before Bhogi.
On the other hand, Balayya has already announced that his film Dictator will hit the screens on January 14, bang on for Sankranthi. So, this time, their clash is inevitable and it will be a direct fight in all the years that NTR Jr has been around.
Since Sankranthi time is ideal where two to three biggies can clash without losing out on revenues, both films are decided on releasing at the time.
Though there was talk that Sardar Gabbar Singh could be released during this time, it is now said that the film will release in summer of 2016.
