AR Rahman has delivered a dynamic album for the much-anticipated film Thug Life, directed by Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam. Following the release of the wedding-themed first single and the smooth, steamy second track, the third single titled “O Maara” has now hit the audience.
Starting with a subtle tone, “O Maara” quickly intensifies with a captivating hook that raises the energy of the song. The composition gradually builds, engaging listeners with its intricate rhythms and beats. This track highlights the fearless, laid-back, and charismatic nature of Simbu’s character in the movie.
Vocals by Adithya RK are powerful and intense, while Rakendu Mouli’s rap verse adds a standout element to the song. The lyrics, crafted by Anantha Sriram, are stylish, catchy, and perfectly capture the rebellious spirit of the track.
Thug Life features Kamal Haasan and Simbu as gangsters whose complex and evolving relationship forms the core of the narrative. The film is set for a grand release on June 5th, with Sreshth Movies handling the Telugu version.
