Once again pressure on HC by T- MPs and MLAs

There was marked change in the attitude of the Telangana ministers and MPs of the region. Several ministers and Congress MPs met in the chamber of the Panchayat Raj minister K Jana Reddy here on Saturday. Ministers Sridhar Babu, Sudarshan Reddy, Baswaraju Saraiah, MPS Ponnam Prabhakar, Palvai Govardhan Reddy, Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar and Gutta Sukhinder Reddy participated in the meeting.

It is learnt that they had decided to bring pressure on the congress high command on Telangana. It is also learnt that they had also decided to organize a massive public meeting on Telangana. The leaders had decided to meet once again on June 18 to decide on both the issues. They also decided to extend invitation to all the MLAs, other ministers and MPs to the meeting. They felt that there was need for all of them to join together to mount pressure on the high command.

It is learnt that Rajya Sabha member Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar entered into an argument with Jana Reddy on the occasion. He is said to have criticized that the Telangana ministers had adopted a lackadaisical attitude towards the Chalo Assembly programme of the JAC. Responding to it, Jana explained that law and order was not in his hands and hence he could not do anything on it.
