YS Sharmila has initiated a hunger strike for three days. She has started the initiation in support of unemployed youth in Telangana.
Police said that they gave permission for a hunger strike only for a day. Police intercepted and arrested her on Teluguthalli flyover. From there, Sharmila was shifted to Lotus Pond in a police vehicle.
In this order, she chanted slogans against the CM KCR. Sharmila said that one day she will become the Chief Minister of Telangana. She also said that ‘Bangaru Telangana’ is possible only with her.
In this way, she herself expressed her desire to become the CM during the initiation. She made it clear that she would not even drink water until the activists in police custody were released.
