Star producer S Radhakrishna gained prominence with Allu Arjun and Trivikram’s blockbuster hit, Julayi. The film gave a fresh lease of life to Radhakirshna, who went into oblivion after his maiden Telugu production Athmakatha in V Madhusudhan Rao’s direction ended up as a disaster in 1987. Fondly called as Chinababu in the industry, Radhakrishna further said that he went back to his village to look after his family’s business and never wanted to return to films.
However, the producer’s perception towards film production changed when he watched Trivikram’s early films. He immediately became a huge fan of the maverick director and even met him through another producer, which led to the budding of friendship and even producing Julayi. Owing his comeback to the Telugu film industry, Radhakrishna
has said that he will only produce films with Trivikram and no one else.
Radhakrishna also says that he loves to produce films which can be watched by an entire family without any embarrassing moments and goes on to say that only Trivikram can make that happen in the current generation of directors. The producer-director’s second film, S/O Satyamurthi, is ready to release in April.
