Shruti And Samantha Did Same Thing

Share
Recently Samantha has given a statement while sharing her thoughts on a talk show. Responding to a question about the possible heroine who is not her competition, Samantha picked up Shruti Haasan from options which also include names like Kajal Agarwal and Tamanna. We don’t know why Sam stated that way, but today both these heroines have challenged each other at box office.
Samantha is paired up with Vijay in Kathhi, while Shruti Haasan sizzled opposite Vishal in Poojai and both the flicks got released today. Interestingly, both Samantha and Shruti did similar characters in these two movies. Except sizzling in a couple of songs with enormous oomph factor, these two hotties got nothing much to do in these movies. We have to say that Samantha picked up another routing commercial-heroine role, while Shruti too followed the same. And then, both these girls haven’t done any magic with their beauty to turn Kathhi and Poojai into blockbusters either.
Kathhi got appreciated from Tamil critics but audience verdict is that the movie is little slow and philosophical. Poojai is a routine fare and only mass audiences at B & C centres will like it. Katthi’s Telugu version release is pending, while Pooja made it in both woods today.

Who is behind Power Crisis in Telangana?

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is allegedly behind the whole Power Crisis in the state. Although KCR and his team are wary of the deteriorating supply of power, lack of proper measures on time, lack of vision is said to have plunged the state into dark compelling several farmers to commit suicides, alleged Telangana TDP leader Revanth Reddy. This is not all. The state government hasn’t appointed any minister for Power till date and even transferred several IAS officers and reappointed few non-cadre retired officers who would act on their behest. This allegedly worsen the situation and added to the woes of people, corporate sector.
Even Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal on record stated that Telangana government has neither sought its help nor come up with a proposal to solve their power crisis. Although Centre is ready to lend its helping hand, KCR-led T-government has shown zero interest in the issue. Although KCR rushed with a proposal soon after Mr Piyush’s statement, it’s said to be inappropriate.
Also, Telangana government has done nothing concrete to restore Jurala Power Project which has 240 MW capacity and government has not taken any steps to restore 60 MW capacity in Nagarjuna Sagar Power Project. On whole, government deliberately giving up 300 MW power in the state. Contrary to this KCR is now blaming Chandra Babu Naidu and TDP for political mileage rather than coming up with solution, alleged Revanth Reddy. All this is said to have plunged Telanagana into acute power crisis.

Relief Fund cheques bounced during Prez rule!

Share
Deputy CLP leader in Telangana Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir has alleged that nearly 3,600 cheques issued towards CMRF during President’s Rule in undivided Andhra Pradesh were not honoured by banks. The cheques were issued towards medical relief to the poor and needy persons under the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund in undivided AP when it was under the President’s Rule from March 1st to June 1st this year.
Shabbir Ali said that the beneficiaries were issued cheques on different dates in the month of May this year following clearance of applications by a committee appointed by Governor ESL Narasimhan. Since all those cheques were valid for one month only after the date of issue, they expired. Consequently, poor patients who felt relieved after getting the cheques, were cheated and pushed into economic crisis, he alleged.
Shabbir Ali said when he brought the matter to the notice of the Governor when the Telangana Congress delegation called on him on Tuesday, the Governor asked him to represent the matter in writing. “Today I have written a letter to the Governor while enclosing a copy of few cheques which got dishonoured. What I have mentioned is just the tip of the iceberg. At least 3,600 cheques issued towards the CMRF under Governor’s directions during the President’s Rule were not honoured for different reasons,” he said.

Chandrababu asks Telangana to abide by rules

Hyderabad: Amid growing tension with Telangana over electricity generation, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu Wednesday asked the TRS government not to complicate matters by violating rules and targeting the TDP to hide its inefficiency. A day after Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) workers set afire the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office in Nalgonda district of Telangana,
Naidu advised the Telangana government to behave responsibly by adhering to rules governing the use of the Srisailam reservoir across the Krishna river. Stating that power can be generated in the left-side power house only if there was surplus water, Naidu cited the government orders issued in 1996 and 2004 and also the directions given by the Krishna River Management Board. With the board directing Telangana to abide by the rules, the state government Wednesday wrote back to it, denying that there was any violation of rules.
Irrigation Minister T. Harish Rao said the state will continue power generation as per the rules. Harish Rao alleged that Naidu, who opposed formation of Telangana state, was now making every effort to deprive Telangana of its due share of water and electricity. The TDP president, however, said his party was committed to the well being of all Telugu people. He said that since the TDP has a presence in both the states, it can’t act irresponsibly like the TRS. He even offered to provide 300 megawatt of power to Telangana to help it tide over the crisis.
Naidu said his government will abide by the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, which allotted 54 percent of electricity generated by the existing plants but ruled out a similar share from upcoming projects. Harish Rao, however, claimed that Telangana was not receiving even its due share from the generating plants in Andhra Pradesh. He said the Andhra government will have to supply power from even those plants being built with the money of united Andhra Pradesh.

Now, TRS warns of attack on NTR Bhavan!

Share
After resorting to vandalism and arson in the Telugu Desam Party office in Nalgonda, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi leaders have now started warning of similar attacks on NTR Trust Bhavan, the TDP State headquarters in Hyderabad. Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy on Wednesday warned Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu saying that the TDP office in Hyderabad will not remain if the TRS activists really wanted to do so.
He asked the TD leaders to control their tongue and stop mudslinging at the TRS Government. He also objected to Naidu sitting in TD office in Hyderabad instead of L Ramana, the chief of Telangana wing. He also alleged that Naidu Government has deliberately pressing the Centre to stop power generation at Srisailam project. Terming Naidu as Telangana betrayer, he alleged that Naidu was provoking the people of both States after State bifurcation.
Telangana leaders of Telugu Desam should not forget that Naidu was cheating Telangana, he alleged and asked them to stage dharnas at Naidu’s residence. The AP Government is coming in the way of Telangana instead of giving due share of 54 per cent of power from Krishnapatnam and others. The TRS Government is keeping its promises gradually, he added.

Sonia son-in-law in Black Money list!

Share
Political honey-moon is over for Sonia son-in-law Robert Vadhra. He was acted defacto power in Haryana Government since last 10 years. BJP has come to the power with promise of revealing Black-money list in Swiss Bank in general elections. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has announced the list of Black money holders will made public very soon.
The list will come out as per the terms and conditions with German Government. There is a buzz around political circles that Sonia’s son-in-law Robert Vadhra name is in the list. If it is true that will become political homicide to the Congress party. Vadhra have some allegations in the past. The land deal between Vadhra and DLF in 2012 was legitimized just before the Haryana Assembly election.
Now BJP is in power with absolute majority. Narendra Modi was targeted Robert Vadhra in the election campaign of BJP. BJP led Haryana Government might have chance of investigation on Robert Vadhra land deals in the state. BJP made campaign against Rober Vadhra even in Assembly elections. It seems that Congress will certainly fall down from bad to worse political condition.
