Pawan Gifts Goddess Lakshmi Idol to Sreeja
Actor-politician-philanthropist Pawan Kalyan, who has met his critically ailing young fan Sreeja at a private hospital, gifted her a silver idol of Goddess Lakshmi and wished her fast recovery. Pawan obliged to meet 12-year-old B Sreeja, a seventh class student of Palvancha town in Khammam district, after Make A Wish foundation approached the star.
Pawan Kalyan had spent over half-an-hour with Sreeja in the Intensive Care Unit of the private hospital. Apart from gifting her Goddess Lakshmi idol, Pawan also gifted few toys to Sreeja. As we reported earlier, Pawan broke down after seeing the pain of his 12-yr-old diehard fan. Sreeja is battling for life with acute neurological disorder.
With this larger-than-life act in real, Pawan Kalyan once again proved that he is the true star on earth. Pawan literally won the hearts of people with this act. Not long ago he showcased his love for people by donating Rs 50 Lakh to AP CM’s Relief Fund for the victims of Hudhud in AP. Perhaps, it’s his off-screen persona that catapults his fans to connect with him instantly and go berserk for him. He’s one and only Pawan Kalyan.
Hudhud Effect: Minister Down with Viral Fever
Andhra Pradesh HRD & Education Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao is down with viral fever reportedly after working rigorously in the Hudhud-battered regions. Ever since AP government alerted over the cyclonic storm Hudhud, Ganta has played pivotal role in evacuating tens of thousands of people from low-level areas to relief camps, minimizing as much as loss of lives.
Even after ferocious Hudhud lashed out the region, Ganta has worked hard along with officials to restore normalcy in Vizag and other surrounding areas. This apparently had an effect on Ganta’s health. Ganta is now suffering from viral fever and doctors asked him to take bed rest for a while. Doctors say it’ll take a while for Ganta to recover.
Chandrababu Questioning Lord Shiva
The hottest and most challenging issue that is currently plaguing the CM of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu is the resurrection of Vizag and North Andhra. True to the demand, he has been camping in the Steel city and working round the clock to ensure things return to normal.
Many know that the city has an important landmark called the Kailasagiri which is a hill. This location has come in many movies as well. Basically, it is a big hill park for the recreation of people of Vizag and those in the surrounding areas. They reach the hill through steps as well as on vehicles.
But with the cyclone Hudhud battering every place, even the trees and landscaping on this landmark also has been devastated. Recently, CBN went for a visit to examine the place and it led to an interesting situation. It is not sure with what intent the photographer took it but a picture of CBN has begun making rounds.
Those who saw it are feeling as if Naidu is questioning Lord Shiva. This picture is circulating strongly in social media and many are coming up with different photo-comments as follows-

Chaitu back to his favourite
Although Naga Chaitanya is on a roll with films like Tadakha and Manam, his last film Auto Nagar Surya was a dampener. The movie acted like a speed-breaker to his success streak making his latest release Oka Laila Kosam crucial. Knowing this, Nagarjuna has waited so long for the “right” time to release the film. Finally, the movie has hit the screen today.
The waiting is worth as Chaitu is back to his forte- youthful romance. His “mass” films like Dhada, Bezawada, and Autonagar Surya have all bombed at the Box Office making him a romantic, youthful hero. While Chaitanya has proved his “lover boy” image earlier with Ye Maaya Chesave and 100% Love, with his just-released Oka Laila Kosam Chaitu once again proved that he could do romance with ease. Chaitanya is finally back to his favourite ‘romance’.
Assets to Telangana, Debts to AP?
It’s been over 5 months Telangana has been carved out and residuary state of AP is formed yet several government institutions and organizations are still stuck in catch-22 situation. The best case is APSRTC which is yet to be divided into two state units of Telangana and AP respectively.
As per the available information, so far, only debts have been shared among depots of Telangana and AP based on the population basis. Owing to this, naturally, the 13 districts of Seemandhra bore the brunt and major share of debts were came under truncated Andhra Pradesh. Whereas majority of APSRTC’s infrastructure is located in Hyderabad and more revenue share is also from the twin cities which is hampering the prospects RTC in AP.
Adding to their woes, TRS-led Telangana government is now swiftly making moves for expansion and contemplating to buy more number of high-end buses for twin cities. Of course, this will be paid from the joint income. Ahead of GHMC elections in city, KCR is contemplating to paint the new buses in pink colour as a mark of their government.
Naturally, all these are not going down well with the employees and their unions of RTC in Seemandhra region. At the moment, they’re just want to wait and watch. The volcano would burst any moment.
