Before Gabbar Singh, Shruti Hassan was called as ‘Iron Leg’. All her films used to bomb miserably at the box office. Film makers used to fear taking her in their films. But with Gabbar Singh success, everything turned in favour of her. And now Milky Beauty Tamannah also seem to be travelling in the same ship. With the failure of Aagadu, Tamannah completed a hat-trick of flops with Top heroes.

NTR’s Oosaravelli, Pawan Kalyan’s Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu and Mahesh Babu’s Aagadu have Tamannah in the female lead role. But all of them did not yield satisfactory result at the box office. Tamannah off late has concentrated more on Bollywood did not sign many Telugu films. Both her Hindi films Himmatwala and Humshakals failed miserably, now it is important for her to make a comeback in Telugu.

Tamannah so far had acted in 16 Telugu films (including guest roles) and bagged only 3 hits – Happy Days, Racha and 100% Love. She currently has only Baahubali in her kitty which will not do too good to her career since the director and hero will hog the limelight. Tamannah will be desperate to bag a star film and deliver hit so that she can erase the iron leg tag and make a comeback.

The grapevines are such that the persons in the video are Tamil actor Simbu and Kannada actress Harshika. Many says it was kissing video of Shimbu and Kannada actress during SIIMA awards function.

Strengthening this video, the actress Harshika shared a picture with Simbu in her official Facebook page recently. Action hero Gopichand has decided to take on Mahesh and Charan by fixing release date of his ‘Loukyam’ as September 26th, exactly a week after Aagadu and a week before Govindudu Andarivadele. Though trade circuits felt shock for his decision, now that Aagadu turned average-grosser, they are foreseeing a nice run for ‘Loukyam’ if the content connects with audiences. Analysts have however something else to say. All these biggies have faced ire of audiences because they are stuffed with routine mass-content.
 
As it happens to be Mahesh, Aagadu is witnessing tremendous collections otherwise the result would have been disastrous. If Gopi comes up with similar content, people may not receive it like a Power and Aagadu. This is quite tricky situation for him. Isn’t it? Even it is regular content; it should be engaging and entertaining. Wait for September 26. 

When Bellamkonda Suresh spent lavishly to his son Sai Srinivas’s debut project Alludu Seenu everyone were shell shocked. Bellamkonda Suresh questioned them there was no need to get shocked since any one will earn only to see their children happy. 

However it is now coming out that he will not be producing his son’s second project directed by Boyapati Srinu. Buzz is though Alludu Seenu did well, all the gains got evaporated as his film with Rabhasa starring NTR under Santosh Srinivas direction bombed at the box office. 

Bellamkonda Suresh plunged into huge financial losses and he decided to give the production responsibility to Nallamalapu Bujji who is on a high as he produced Allu Arjun’s Race Gurram which turned out to be a blockbuster. Story discussions are underway and Tamanna is expected to star in the film. Official announcement will be coming out soon.

Govindudu Andarivadele. October 1st is the release date, confirms producer Bandla Ganesh again. It can’t get any better for Ram Charan’s next release as box-office is clouded by tranquility at the moment since no big-flick has created a commotion of sorts.

After a long time, director Krishna Vamsi is working with a star-hero whose caliber could make even an average film into a 45 crore club money spinning machine. Trailers and teaser of Govindudu already proved that Charan-KV combination is setting foot into ‘family’ space which our top heroes are ignoring it from a while. Crafting a perfect dish for family audiences, romance, emotions and fun dominated this flick rather regular mass-fights and rhyming punch dialogues. Leaving his larger-than-life image aside, Charan decided to play hero of a romantic drama yet again. That is what makes Govindudu Andarivadele cynosure of all eyes.

According to edit-room sources, Charan’s best performance of his career has come out in the last 30 minutes of ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’. Both KV and Charan conceived an unbelievable, pain-staking and emotional pre climax and climax from the movie. If audience gets enthralled by that pain, then there is no looking back for the flick. Even Charan is hoping miracles from this peak and best 30 minutes. Let us see. 

Of course, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is one who doesn’t belong to any camps if not ‘mega’ camp. Obviously he is busy with ‘Gopala Gopala’, busy filming some real action stunts for his role as Lord Krishna. And the Pawan we are talking about is a young director whose debut got attention from Tollywood’s wizards.

Debuting with a decent romantic comedy ‘Prema Ishq Kadal’, software engineer turned film director Pawan Sadineni made a splash. While the film turned average grosser, his story telling abilities fetched him a chance to prepare script for Allu Sirish. After toying around Geetha Arts office for a while, Pawan got moved out to Annapurna Studios as nothing productive is happening in mega camp. There was buzz that Pawan will direct Sumanth and Swathi’s ‘Zindagi’. But it seems like this is also not materializing.

Latest reports have it that Pawan Sadineni has now convinced Nara Rohit with a powerful family drama and the movie is likely to go on sets very soon. ‘Savitri’ is the title under consideration for this flick. Let us wait for some official confirmation anyway. 

Stirring the hornet’s nest, the whole issue of heroine Deepika Padukone hitting out at a leading newspaper that wrote about her ‘cleavage’ shows in public took a new turn on Friday. As noted critics have blasted the actress for ‘objectifying’ woman as sex-objects on silver screen and then hitting out at media houses that objectified her curvaceous body, Deepika has made another comment, only to face further embarrassment from media house.
 
On last Friday Deepika posted on her FB page, “A character may demand that I be clothed from head to toe or be completely naked, and it will be my choice as an actor whether or not I take either. Understand that this is a ROLE and not REAL, and it is my job to portray whatever character I choose to play convincingly”
 
Reacting on this, the media house questioned about the hypocrisy she is resorting too. “Deepika, you’ve flaunted your cleavage in ‘real’ life most of times at events, magazine shoots and dancing on stage. What ‘role’ do you play there?”, the newspaper questioned. Accepting that the headline of their ‘cleavage’ article should have been better, “World of online is different from newspaper. Sensational headlines are far from uncommon”, they defended.
 
Also Deepika has asked that if these media houses zoom onto a man’s crotch even while drooling over a hero’s 8 pack abs. Pat came the reply from media house, ‘Deepika, we’re also not zooming on woman’s vagina and nipples, and if there is any we take utmost care to pixelate them before publishing’. The media house finally concluded that Deepika is making perfect publicity out of this, as her film is nearing release. Her ‘Happy New Year’ featuring Shahrukh will hit screens on October 24.

Highly placed sources already confirmed that Kannada Superstar Upendra is playing a key role, probably villain, in upcoming romantic drama that is coming from Allu Arjun and Trivikram combo. Though Tamil star Arjun was considered for this role earlier, he is reluctant to sign up and makers have then approached Upendra for it. However, rumors kept coming up that Arjun is turning protagonist for Bunny.

Considering the massive expectations on Shankar’s upcoming magnum opus I, Telugu production house Mega Super Good Films has bagged the Telugu dubbing rights of the film. R.B Chowdary and NV Prasad dug deep into their pockets to pay the ‘record’ price for the Telugu rights. 

Made with a whopping Rs 180 Crore budget, the film stars Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. The movie’s music score was recently launched by Arnold Schwarzenegger at a grand gala do in Chennai. The latest buzz is the audio of Telugu version will be unveiled in Hyderabad on October 2. The movie is slated for release on October 23.

Given that Aagadu is also on similar lines, generating mixed talk though hype is of blockbuster range, it is a moment of embarrassment for our talented filmmaker. And it seems like it is not gonna cakewalk for his next venture.

Apparently Sreenu is all set to don ‘mega’ hat for Ram Charan’s next flick. But the result of ‘Aagadu’ might suffocate the director a bit as it failed to meet ‘blockbuster’ expectations. Mahesh Babu has run the show single handedly, while Sreenu’s contribution looked little dull and routine.

Coming to his next mega flick, Charan and his ‘elite’ batch are known for pressurizing directors to keep away from ‘routine’. Already we have seen Boyapati Sreenu walking out of mega camp, while Koratala Siva’s second flick with Cherry is stalled mid-way after muhurat event.

It is known that Bollywood popular star Sanjay Dutt, son of yesteryear great late Sunil Dutt is serving jail sentence after getting convicted for 1993 Mumbai blasts. 

Currently he is put up in Yerawada Central Jail and Sanjay Dutt is currently been assigned the job of making paper jobs. According to the latest Sanjay Dutt got a pay hike in his new job. 

Sources from Yerawada jail in Pune says the actor who has been earning Rs 25-30 per day will now be rewarded a pay hike of Rs 15. From now he will be getting Rs 45 a day for the same job after wages have been revised.

BJP leader and Rebel Star Krishnam Raju has taken potshots at his peer Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Reacting to Chiru’s jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his ruling for 100-days, Krishnam Raju shot back, “Is this a film to change things overnight? India’s top director Shankar’s ‘ai’ movie’s audio launch was held in Chennai on September 15. Hollywood superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tamil superstar Rajinikanth graced the occasion as chief guests. Apart from the audio the makers have released the theatrical trailer as well, which got stunning response among the netigens.

The makers of the movie are now planning to launch the Telugu version’s audio on 2nd of October. Buzz that the movie may not get released on the scheduled release date of 22nd October. But then, the makers have not yet confirmed the postponement of the movie. AR Rehaman has scored the music of the movie. Vikram and Amy Jackson have played the lead roles of this costliest movie of tollywood.

mahesh babu, the Ghattamaneni Star who is known to be a big competitor for Tollywood or South India No 1 position is falling down the graph. After delivering industry hits like ‘Pokiri, Dookudu,’ the image of Mahesh was not the same. Pre release business scale of ‘Aagadu’ went on to show how great Fan following and standards of trade base mahesh babu has developed. However, the situations changed in just two days with gradual fall of collections for ‘Aagadu’ with a strong divided talk.

Inner sources are reporting that, despite presence of mahesh babu, it is the weak direction of Srinu Vytla which has hurt the film output considerably. For any kind of positive talk on release day of 26th, we are going to see complete disappearance of ‘Aagadu’ from theaters. Let us see, what happens.
