News is that Nagarjuna’s ‘Greekuveerudu’ and Hero Aadi’s ‘Sukumarudu’ stories are similar but the narrations of the films are different say filmnagar sources. Nag plays the role of an NRI in ‘Greekuveerudu’ who comes to India to seek help from his Grandparents and in ‘Sukumarudu’ film hero comes down to India to steal the money from his grandparents and enjoy the life.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram’s ‘Aththarintiki Daaredi'( tentative) movie’s shoot is progressing in a brisk pace. Dusky beauty Samantha will be seen opposite to Pawan Kalyan in this romantic and family entertainer. Pranitha is playing the second heroine. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music of the film. BVSN Prasad is producing the movie. The film is slated for release on 7th August.

Sukumarudu is all set for release tomorrow. Nisha Agarwal is romacing Aadi in the film. Directed by ‘Pilla Jamindar fame Ashok, the film features Super Star Krishna, Sarada,Chandra Mohan, Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani, Tagubotu Ramesh. K.Venugopal is producing the film on Sri Sowdamani Creations banner. Anup Rubens is the music director.
Nag and Tarak are interested on Gundamma Katha remake.
Gundamma Katha is one of the classic movies ever produced in Telugu. The movie features NT Rama Rao, ANR, Savitri and Surya Kantham in the lead roles. Earlier, Balayya and Nagarjuna thought of remaking it but backed off due to the same reasons.
Kangna Ranaut childhood memories
Talking about her childhood memories, the actress said she doesn’t remember her mom’s lullabies, but her strictness.
Sharing a childhood moment, Kangna said: “I was beaten up with a broom in my childhood. There is nothing memorable than that. All mothers sing lullaby for their children and feed them with good food.”
“My mother was a Sanskrit teacher and all the students in the school were scared of her,” added the actress, who was recently seen opposite John Abraham in Sanjay Gupta’s “Shootout At Wadala”.
But at the same time, Kangna says her mom trained her so well that if she has to quit acting, she has an alternative.
“My mother had trained me in everything, except for acting. I know how to wash dishes and cook food. I was told that you will let down the family after marriage,” she told reporters at Thank You Mom event organised by P&G on the occasion of Mother’s Day falling coming Sunday.
“So just in case it doesn’t work out here, I am set,” she added.
The 26-year-old National Award winning actress, who made her Bollywood debut in 2006 with “Gangster – A Love Story”, hails from a Rajput family in Himachal Pradesh.
Kangna will soon be seen in “I Love New Year” opposite Sunny Deol.
