Telangana people have to change their vehicle number plate codes from AP to TS (Telangana State), nevertheless no processing fee will be charged for this from RTA. Four months is deadline fixed by Government and all transportation rules of Andhra Pradesh will be applicable in new state.

Mega power star Ram Charan got his first vehicle number with Telangana code and his new car registered yesterday with TS code.Cherry personally went to the office of Regional Transport Authority at Khairatabad in Hyderabad on Friday to register his new car. Cherry registered his vehicle on the day of birthday of his father.

This is the new Mercedes Benz car bought Cherry recently. Ram Charan signed on the digital pad at the office and paid a fee of Rs.10,000 at the office.Regional Transport Officer Dasaratham completed the registration of the vehicle of the star.According to sources the stars vehicle was registered with Telangana number and it was TS 09, EB 2727.

Ram Charan was very fond of costly cars. Yesterday the actor reportedly gifted his father, an expensive Land Cruiser V8 worth nearly Rs 1.25 crores. Incidentally, he had gifted a Rolls Royce Phantom to Chiranjeevi few years ago, which grabbed quite a lot of eyeballs.

Earlier there was buzz that this mega hero will be soon joining hands with ace director Mani Ratnam. Some stated that Mani prepared a stunning script for Chiranjeevi’s 150th flick, while few felt that the iconic Tamil director wants Cherry for a multi-starrer movie. Truth is that Mani wanted Charan only, and he prepared a subject that features Charan and another Tamil hero in the leads on the lines of his previous blockbuster ‘Druva Natchitram’. 

None other than Megastar Chiru revealed that his son is not convinced with the script and declined it straight away. Also Charan has issues with Mani, as the director is famous for prolonged shoots, slow paced screenplay and no hit track-record from years. Probably these issues are not a big deal as Charan will risk them, but story should have really bothered him.

Couple of days ago, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja had kick-started his Kick-2. The film is not a sequel to Kick but is a new story in the Kick series. The movie unit says Kick-2 is the story of the son of Ravi Teja and Ileana couple from Kick. Surender Reddy reportedly is in two minds regarding the dual role. One way is to show Ravi Teja as a little older guy in the father role.

And the second role is to totally eliminate Ravi Teja’s old character and finish off the formalities with an introduction voice over that the current hero is the son of Ravi Teja and Ileana couple showing some shots from Kick. Ravi Teja’s fans will want to see that actor in the dual role. The movie unit says Kick-2 is also an action comedy like Kick. However, the content in this film will be even more interesting with several twists and turns they say.

Milky Beauty Tamannah is said to be the female lead in the film. Kick-2 brings the successful Kick combination of Ravi Teja and Surender Reddy back on screen. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is producing the film on his NTR Arts banner. Thaman will be scoring music for this out and out entertainer. Vakkantham Vamsi had penned the story of Kick-2 just like Kick.

Bollywood will be eagerly watching the proceedings of Kick-2 as Kick was remade in Bollywood with Salman Khan in the lead role. The installment of the Kick series may go there again if its is successful here.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is said to have made some provoking comments indirectly aimed at Nandamuri Balakrishna. The incident happened at Chiranjeevi Birthday Celebrations at Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust on Friday. Several mega fans gathered there and Charan along with Sai Dharam Tej and Varun Tej attended the event and cut the cake on Chiru’s behalf.

During this event, Charan reportedly announced the 150th film of Megastar Chiranjeevi and while revealing details about the film, Charan made some unwanted comments. “Recordla Kosam theesina Cinemano. Kathi pattukuni thiragadam, Botlu pettukuni thiragadam, meesalu thippukuni thiragadam lanti Cinema matram avvadhu. Oka Manchi Cinema avuddi”. (It will not be a film for records. Hero will not be carrying sword, twirling mustache, and wearing big bindhis. It will be a good film).

Many say wearing Bindhi, Carrying Sword and Twirling Moustache refers to Balakrishna’s recently released Legend movie. Several people are of the opinion that Charan’s comment show him in a poor light and are totally unnecessary. It is known that Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi have witnessed some very fierce competition at the box office in their prime.

It is said that Chiranjeevi had finalized a story line for the 150th film but is yet to confirm a director for the project. Trusted sources say Chiranjeevi’s 150th film will get only confirmed after 2-3 months. The film will start rolling only towards the end of the year. Unlike the popular speculations, the film will be an entertainer with out any social points or messages. Chiranjeevi who was away from films for 7 years for politics will strike balance between films and politics going further.

Its known news that CBI arrested the CEO of Central Board of Film Certification Rakesh Kumar who have been demanding bribe during the screening of films before issuance of censor certificate, threatening with cuts if the demand was not met. Rakesh Kumar was questioned by the CBI and the investigators found enough prima facie evidence to suggest he had demanded the bribe.

CBI presented Rakesh Kumar to the court and asked more time to probe the matter further.Some stunning reports came to limelight in the CBI investigation. The CBI informed the court that as per its information Kumar had taken a laptop and an iPad to grant the censor certificate to the Tamil movie Anjaan and another Rs 50,000 in cash to issue the certificate for the Telugu version Sikandar.

This movie was taken to him for the first time in July and the Telugu version was brought to him in August. CBI reportedly seized about 2kgs of gold and other properties worth Crores. CBI also found diamonds worth Rs 65 lakh from Rakesh Kumar’s wife locker in Vadodara. The Central Bureau of Investigation has sought a list of all the films which were in pipeline to see whether makers have paid the money to investigate the scandal further.

In a remarkable judgement, High Court of Madras has stated that “age is not criteria for arts, theatre” and made it clear that even girls under minority (less than 18-years age) could act in movies as lead protagonists.

Quashing a petition filed by social activist alleging that ‘minor’ girls should not enter into film industry as there chances  for them to be treated ill both mentally, physically and even chances of getting raped, Madras High Court said, “Each one has their own freedom to choose their own career and start working towards it right from childhood. Court could not involve into these matters unless one lodges individual complaint.”
