‘Bharateeyudu’ the magnum opus in combination of Shankar and Kamal Hasan was a super hit in all the languages released. There is a talk on sequel to this flick planned long ago and Shankar was holding talks with Kamal and Suriya to play lead roles in this multi star. As of now, the star director is busy with completion of ‘I’ starring Vikram and Amy Jackson.

Suriya will play grand son to Kamal in ‘bharateeyudu 2’ and story will be an extension to the point where ‘bharateeyudu’ ended. However, sources close to Shankar have personally spoken to few top media circles quoting them as just preliminary ideas. ‘As of now, the director cannot toy with any ideas till he completes ‘I.’ Currently; the next schedule and post production of ‘I’ are of top importance. Only after this, he can start working on any other script.’

Over the past couple of days, rumors are ripe in Kollywood that Hansika is going on well with Tamil Superstar Simbu. Seems the Media is super excited about this and making exclusive stories about her love life with Simbu. But Hansika has squashed all this baseless rumors in social networking site Twitter. “Been hearing a lot of news about my link up .. All I can do it laugh it off. Because I love reading stuff about me which I myself don’t know.” She tweeted.

The huge set erected for the movie ‘Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara’ (UKUP) is now getting ready to host parties and events. The set was built in Puppalaguda was also used for shootings of Manchu Vishnu’s ‘Denikaina Ready’ film and recently ‘Action 3D’ film. It also hosted the audio release events of ‘Gundello Godari’ and ‘Denikaina Ready’, This royal mahal has rich look of Nizam’s era making it a perfect destiny for partying.

A website and Facebook page were also created for this mahal making it convenient for people who wish to block date for this mahal. Hope the new strategy of Mohan Babu works out!

Sonu Sood is playing the brother role of Shruti Haasan in Hindi remake of ‘Nuvvu Vastanante Nenu Vaddantana’ (2005). The Hindi version is titled as ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ and the first look of the film was released recently. Choreographer Prabhudeva who made directorial debut with the Telugu version is also wielding megaphone for the Hindi remake. Sruthi Haasan is playing the female lead and Sonu will be seen in the role of Srihari.

The ‘Julayi’ villain is recovering from injury and has recently finished dubbing for the film. It will take another week or two for Sonu to recover completely. Then he will join the sets of his next Bollywood venture ‘Shootout At Wadala’. Hope Sonu impresses the audience in ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ as Srihari did!

The shooting of Allu Arjun’s ‘Iddarammayilatho’ is in its final stages. Currently the unit is shooting the last song in Annapoorna 7 acres Studios. After this, the team will fly to Bangkok to shoot some minor portion. With this the shooting will be finished. Then the film will go to post-production work. The trailer which was released recently has raised the expectations among fans.

Amala Paul and Catherine Tresa are the heroines. Puri Jagannadh who earlier delivered a super hit to Bunny in the form of Desamudhuru is the director of this film.. The film is being produced by Bandla Ganesh under Parameswara Arts banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.

Prakash Raj produced Allu Sirish’s debut film ‘Gouravam’, was released on Friday worldwide. But the movie did not get released theatrically in some countries. This notice was brought to Prakash Raj and he decided to make an experiment. The movie now can be watched online in Prakashrajlive.com on pay-per-view basis. The makers are going to charge 5 dollars to view the movie online along with Prakash Raj’s other production, Dhoni. Prakash Raj posted a voice bubble regarding pay-per-view basis for movie lovers worldwide. Hope this new initiative succeeds and draws attention of makers.

Gouravam opened to negative response last Friday.  Owing to bad talk and reviews, the movie theaters have recorded lowest occupancy even in the weekends. And it turned out as a bad debut for Allu Sirish.
