King Nagarjuna’s ‘greeku veerudu’ which was earlier planned to release on 26th April, is now postponed to 3rd May. Like Venkatesh’s ‘Shadow’, the makers of ‘greeku veerudu’ announced many release dates of ‘GV’. Since ‘Shadow’ is all set for a grand release on 26th, the makers of ‘GV’ had to postpone the movie as they understood they can’t get sufficient number of theaters for the release of the movie.

Sensuous beauty Nayantara has romanced with Nagarjuna in this romantic and family entertainer. Thaman’s music was a mixture of melody and fast beat. Dasarath has directed the movie. D.Siva Prasad Reddy has made the movie on Kamakshi Movies.

The makers of the hit franchise ‘Munnabhai’ – Raj Kumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra – say that they will wait for actor Sanjay Dutt to make the third movie in the series.

“The reel Munnabhai will wait for the real Munnabhai. He will indeed walk on the sets of the next Munnabhai as he comes back to us free,” Hirani and Chopra said in a statement. At the same time, Hirani and Chopra have once again requested the Government some leniency towards the actor as he is a reformed man now.

The release period of Nagarjuna’s Damarukam was a nightmare for Akkineni fans then. The movie release was hampered by severe financial tangles and got postponed last minute even after issuing advance bookings. A similar situation is prevailing for Autonagar Surya from the same makers. The movie shooting was complete except for a song. This was the update several months ago and there is no progress since then.Fans can only hope this time the makers will ensure a hazzle free release.

We are told that Nagarjuna had decided to save Naga Chaitanya from disgrace. He is now in talks with RR Movie Makers to take over Autonagar Suriya. This process is not easy as said as several financiers and crores of rupees are involved. Next few days should give us an idea where this issue progresses!

Multi-talented Tamil Superstar Simbu, will be doing a cameo role in Allari Naresh’s upcoming movie ‘Action 3D’. The Tamil superstar has dubbed all his films in Telugu but never made a straight Telugu movie. This will be Simbu’s second screen appearance in a straight Telugu movie after ‘Yem Maaya Chesave’. It is known to our readers that he recently rendered songs in Back Bench Student and Baadshah.

One of the producers of ‘Dookudu’, Anil Sunkara is making his directorial debut with ‘Action 3D’. Also ace choreographer Raju Sundaram is doing a full-fledged role in this film after a huge gap. ‘Godava’ fame Vaibhav, Kamna Jethmalani, Sneha Ullal and Neelam Upadhyaya will be seen in other lead roles. This film is assumed to be the first ‘3D’ comedy film in Tollywood.

Actor Siddharth who celebrated his 34th Birthday had signed one more movie on this eve. He will be acting in a bilingual directed Karthik Subba Raju. The young director earlier this year created ripples in Kollywood with his maiden movie, Pizza. Karthik has narrated a new story to Siddu and he was impressed and gave an immediate nod to the project. Rumors are waving that this film will be a sequel to ‘Pizza’. This movie will be made at the same time in both Tamil and Telugu.

Siddhu has tweeted about this new venture. “‘Good announcement on my birthday. I am happy to be the lead in Karthik Subbaraj’s second film after his kick ass debut ‘Pizza’. Cheers,’ Siddu tweeted. Remember Shankar, the second son of popular lyricist Siri Vennela Sita Rama Sastry! He is the one who starred in Teja’s directorial, Keka. The movie went on to become a big dud and Shankar disappeared from films. And we hear that the youngster will be doing a cameo role in Ram Charan’s ‘Yevadu’. Shankar reportedly heard the story of ‘Yevadu’ from Vakkantham Vamsi and he, himself approached producer ‘Dil’ Raju and Vamsi Paidipalli to do a little role which appealed to him.

Meanwhile Shankar has signed a new project. This film will be a bilingual. Tamil director Raghava is handling the megaphone. The Telugu version is tentatively titled as ‘Telugulo Naku Nachchani Padam Prema’.

“Zindagi Na Milegi” co-stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif are gearing up to shoot action entertainer “Bang Bang”, which will go on the floors next month.

The film will be ready for release May 1, 2014.

Hrithik and Katrina will undergo training for their respective roles, said a source, and the movie is likely to have an aggressive marketing campaign. A Fox Star Studios production, “Bang Bang” will be directed by Siddharth Anand of “Bachna Ae Haseeno”, “Salaam Namaste” and “Anjaana Anjaani” fame.

The film will be shot across Europe, Far East and India, and is said to feature “spectacular stunt sequences, intense chemistry and edge-of-the-seat excitement, as Hrithik and Katrina will scorch the silver screens in never-seen-before avatars”, said a statement. The screenplay of the movie has been written by Sujoy Ghosh, and Suresh Nair and Abbas Tyrewala have penned dialogues for it.

The music for the film will be composed by popular duo Vishal-Shekhar.

Shah Rukh Khan who is popularly known as the Badshah of Bollywood has apparently cast a bizarre effect on one National Award winning filmmaker Janaki Vishwanathan. According to a leading daily, Janaki`s upcoming movie ‘Bakrapur’ has a goat named `Shah Rukh` as one of the main characters. “It`s a comic satire about a small boy and his goat,” Janaki said.

In justification of the goat`s name being Shah Rukh, she said “There is a tendency in rural India to name pets after superstars. We had a massive goat hunt in villages, where we checked out almost 400 bakras in markets before zeroing in on one which was called `Shah Rukh`!” Amusingly, “There were goats named after Salman Khan too there, but Shah Rukh was a special goat who was the most handsome amongst all! Besides, Shah Rukh means `face of the emperor`, which is why we chose it,” the director said.

Well we don’t know what to say…this Shah Rukh-bakra eqation really sounds weird…
